SideTrip : Experimental : The Train
Unlike other SideTrip images, this one was a bit different. Instead of it being stills, I animated it using AfterEffects and Modo. This was originally a 16 second loop, sequenced 3 times, a bit of motion graphics was thrown in on the 2nd loop. Music was produced using Reason along with a bunch of VSTs.

Still frame: ghosts appear each time the lights go out.
AfterEffects scene. This was never intended to be a professional job... just for fun... hence the mess!
The base image was originally referenced from a photograph of the Yamanote line. It was recolored and adjusted.
Ghosts created using Trapcode Particular and a bit of processing.
Normal map. This odd normal map allows light to fall off where needed.
